Women's Introduction to Cycling
This course which is designed as a gentle introduction to the sport of leisure cycling for women will be hosted by the Innisfree Wheelers club on Saturday November 15th at Sligo Park Hotel with registration beginning at 9am. Former Cycling Ireland national coach Padraig Marrey and Mary Mulchrone will provide the participants with a flavour of every aspect to the sport - from road riding techniques to the technical aspects of good bike maintenance.
