Womens Cycling Weekend in Mullingar on 27th & 28th of March
OPEN TO SENIOR AND YOUTH RIDERS.
All ages, ability and fitness welcome 2 coaches assigned to each group with a maximum of 8-10 riders Group pace adapted to the level of fitness of participants All riders will be assessed by a coach and advised on how to enhance their training/fitness The weekend distance averages between 20km to 80km per day Practical hands-on demonstration on basic bike maintenance along with advice on how to buy a bike Free massage available Full access to hotel facilities
