Suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced racers, leisure riders to triathletes!
Cost is €100 (€75 Youth/Junior) which includes: coaching, speakers, accommodation, lunch sat and sun, 3-course dinner on saturday.
Avon Ri Lakeshore Resort has a pool and gym facilities that you are also welcome to use.

WOMEN'S RACING PROGRAMME IS ANNOUNCED
The Women’s Commission has announced their race programme, which will be run in lines with Development Programme that was outlined in October 2008.
Team selectors are Orla Hendron and Richie McCauley. The races that will be used as selection races for the teams are the National League races, and also the Belgian races which are open to everyone.
The summary of the race programme is as follows:
18/19 April - Belgium - open to everyone
9/10 May - Belgium - open to everyone
4/5 July - Belgium - open to everyone
24-26 July - IDT Belgium - only Irish Development Team
15/16 August - IDT - only Irish Development Team
29-31 August - Paderborn Juniors/Youth only
11-13 September - Rás na mBan - Irish Development Team
The Irish Development Teams will be announced on 6th July. Please keep an eye on our website www.womenscycling.ie for full details and announcements.
The target for Junior riders is the European Championships - more information to follow shortly.
Riders are expected to race at least one weekend in Belgium, which will be partially subsidised by the Women’s Commission. Riders are expected to attend training camps, which will provide coaching and information for the athletes. Results in National League races will be considered in the selection of riders.
