Training Spin February 15th
On February 15th Western Lakes CC will promote a coaching spin for all the cycling fraternity,
Sign at the cycling center on the Kilmaine Rd Ballinrobe from 9.30am spin leaves at 10 for a 55mile loop. The plan is that it will be a training spin with some coaching by the experienced riders showing bunch riding techniques practicing and guidance on how to use gears and handle their bikes correctly.
Hopefully numbers permitting there will be 2 groups on the road.
All abilities catered for.
