Sprocket Rocket Training Day

Cycling Ireland is hoping to run its third Sprocket Rocket Tutor Training day for coaches and clubs. We are hoping to run the training day in St. Augustines College, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford on the 12th of February from 10am to 4pm.

I would like to encourage clubs to nominate two people from the club who are interested in coaching the SUBWAY® Sprocket Rocket Programme, if you have more or less people that is also fine. Ideally Cycling Ireland would like nominated individuals to have at least a foundation level coaching award, however we recognise that not all individuals already involved in coaching within their club might not have a Cycling Ireland coaching qualification. So in the early stages of the rollout a coaching qualification is not a requirement, but you will be required to complete the foundation coaching award within 6 months of doing the Sprocket Rocket Tutor Training day.

Please let me know if you or your club would be interested in attending this training day. There is no cost to clubs or individuals attending the day.
