National Single Speed & Connacht MTB Champs 2008

The Connacht Mountain Bike Championships will be held on the 19th October in Kilcornan, Clarenbridge, Co Galway. The event is hosted by West Coast Wheelers, and is sponsored by Kearney Cycles, Galway. The course has been extended from last year and now features almost 6km of woodland singletrack.

Sign-on will be from 11am, racing starts at noon, with all categories catered for.

The venue will host the first ever Irish National Singlespeed Championships on the previous day (Saturday 18th), so if you're interested in that, come along! Sign on for that event will be from 12, racing at 1.30pm. More details on singlespeedireland.com.
