Route (46km);Castlebar,Pontoon,Lahardaune,Bofeenaun,Beltra,with finish in Glenisland.
Rolling roads,with a 5 km drag to the finish.

At 26 km mark the race front to back was 3 min with 2 riders dropped from group 1 and two dropped from group 2., As the race left Lahardaune an attack succeed in group 1 with two riders Ronan Burke and David Brody escaping this group.
There was no respondence from the rest of their group, at 38km the 3rd group had gone through group 2 and had taking a few with them, now chasing the break who stayed away and were never caught.
Winners finished at 1.20'40'' which was 16 sec ahead of their schedule,with 3rd to 10th at 1.21'10'' and most of the race through at 1.22'' 15''.
Round 4 takes place in Cong on May 12th, sign on from 6.30pm at the carpark approching Cong, race start at 7.30pm sharp from O Connor's filling station.
