Mayo Cycling League AGM
Takes place on Wednesday the 9th of November at the TF Royal hotel Castlebar @ 8pm.

2. Chairman's Opening Address.
3. Minutes of the 2010 AGM and matters arising there from.
4. Secretaries Report.
5. Treasurers Report.
6. Mayo League report
7. Election of the 2011/2012 Executive Committee.
8. Motions Received. No Motions received by closing date of 31/10/2011.
9. Determination of the 2012 Fees.
10. AOB
11. Close of Meeting.
 
 
2 Voting Delegates are allowed from each Club in Mayo
Anyone with a current Cycling Ireland licence is welcome to the AGM.
The meeting will last for approximately an hour or so.

Please see draft dates for 2012, if your club wants to be included please let me know as these dates are due with Cycling Ireland and time is running out, the exact format of the league can be easily changed around.
 
Draft dates for Mayo league 2012.
Start with hill climb and TT fastest get points finish with both but to get points people have to beat their first times.
Team competition clubs can enter as many teams as they like but they must have at least one lady cyclist or U14 rider in their starting 6 riders all 6 must finish together.
